minutter, 140 kalorier: stien stiger sammenlagt 45 fods). Min rute: Borgergade,
Shaw Green Lane og tilbage igen via Højgade og Dybegade.
Klokken er 10:20 og jeg går en kort
tur i nabolaget

An entertaining TV program, but it has a problem in that Sidney and his friend,
Geordie Keating, a local policeman, must solve the week's crime within 60
minutes (actually about 45 minutes because they show it on ITV, a commercial TV
channel). Due to lack of time the culprit is often revealed only in the
program's final two minutes, which is slightly unsatisfactory - my goodness,
what a frenzy it is !!!!
In my opinion, they waste too much time on unnecessary scenes recorded for the benefit of James Norton's many female fans when they, for example, show Sidney and Geordie undress and bathe in the river - boo!

22:00 We go to bed - zzzzz !!!!!
09:30 I send
an email to our Danish group members, and I attach 100 English sentences, I
have translated into Danish, to help them to get a grip on the first half of
Lesson 11 in our Danish textbook - my goodness, I'm so demanding ha ha ha!
09:45 Lois has
to be off. At 10:30 am she is to meet with two of her former work colleagues,
Rose and Sheila. They will pop into M & S, drink a cup of coffee and eat a
piece of cake - yummy !!!
10:20 I go for
a short walk in the neighborhood (I notch up 1.57 miles, 34 minutes, 140
calories: the path rises a total 45 feet). My route: Borgergade, Shaw Green
Lane and back again via Højgade and Dybegade.

comes home and we eat lunch. Afterwards I go to bed and take a long nap - zzzzz

15:00 The
doorbell rings - our neighbors, Stephen and Francis, pop in, and I get up. We
drink a cup of tea and talk about their holiday in New Zealand. They arrived
back in England on Monday, but in the last two days they have concentrated on
getting used to English time. On the way to Australia, they stayed a few nights
in Hong Kong and, on the way home, in Sydney and Singapore. It is a lot of fun
to hear about their travels, and they advise us on the best ways to cope with very long flights - my goodness!
