repræsentanter i Poundbury.
of the Pops” fra januar 1981.
hitlisten.
komiker, Larry Grayson, igen.

systemet” i nabolaget.

Hun siger, at
Jessica går for tiden højt

18:00 Sarah's
identity documents have still not arrived from Australia in today's post, which
is a bit disappointing. My Goodness! We have already assembled all the
documents we have, that concern the sale of her apartment. We now only need her
identity documents. Hopefully they will arrive in the morning and we can send
the whole package to her legal representatives in Poundbury. We want them to
begin to work on the sale on Monday. We eat dinner and watch a little
television.
They show on BBC4 several programs with a musical theme. The first is the
"Top of the Pops" from January 1981. It was broadcast soon after John
Lennon was shot and killed, so there were for sentimental reasons several John
Lennon songs in the charts.
Blondie's
"Rapture" from January 1981
They then show the "The Good Old Days" from 1976, a program that
tried to recreate the atmosphere of the Victorian and Edwardian
"music-hall" or "vaudeville" (ie music halls). It's
nostalgic to see the deceased camp comedian Larry Grayson, again.

22:00 We go to bed - zzzzz !!!!
03:45 I get up early and take a look at Facebook. I see that an
excavator is now parked in front of Alison's house in Gentofte, a suburb of
Copenhagen - my goodness! You can also see a little snow on the street - brrrr
!!! Alison is our elder daughter who lives in Gentofte with her husband, Ed,
and their three children. The authorities are currently working on a huge
project in Gentofte to install "district heating system" in the
neighborhood. I do not understand it very well, but I think the system in some
way provides communal heating to all homes in the area. My goodness - what madness!

I continue to copy my old videotapes to DVD. I see a sad news-item and
photos about the 1975 Communist victory in South Vietnam. Dark times, but we
didn't know then, that communism was about to collapse in a few years - hurray!
But in 1975, one could already see the light at the end of the tunnel because
Maggie Thatcher succeeded Ted Heath as leader of the Conservative Party -
hurray!
” Do
not worry, guys, communism is already a dying system !!! Hooray!”
11:00 The postman comes, but he does not bring Sarah's identity documents
from Australia - my goodness! So disappointing!
13:00 We eat lunch and then I go to bed. I take me a long nap - zzzzz !!!!
14:00 Sarah calls us from Australia. She says she has checked online, and
her identity documents have now since 5am been in Coventry city's main post
office, so she thinks we will get them on Monday - hurray! She says the whole
family is doing great. They have found a nice sandy beach today, with a nice
playground on the other side of the road. Jessica is currently very into
drawing and coloring.
16:30 I get up and we relax with a cup of tea on the sofa.
